Directions: Mix the contents of a bag with 150 ml non sparkling water, leave it to rest for at least 15 min. Before the usage mix again and drink in the morning on an empty stomach, at least half an hour before breakfast. The duration for the cure is 21 days, and after a break of 5-7 days is recommended another one.
The mixing will be made using only bowls, glass sticks, porcelain or wood, being prohbited the use of any metal or plastic.
