Shippment
Orders can be sent to the countries available in the drop-down list in the shopping cart during checkout. We do dispatch to all EU countries.
Orders are shipped with prioritary postal service. If the products you ordered are in stock, the package is sent in the same day. If some products are not in stock, processing your order may take up to 14 business days. From this point on the delivery times for EU countries are 5-7 working days, and outside EU 7-10 working days.
All orders are packaged and sent discreetly without any indication of contents or our company name on the package. That means you don’t have to worry about compromising your privacy.
You are responsable to know the customs regulations for your country for the packages from Romania to make sure we can send the product you are buying to you. If the package is refused or confiscated by customs we can not be responsible for the cost of the product or shipping. If the package is returned to us, you will get a refund for the product less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees can not be refunded.
Shipping cost will be calculated when you checkout.
Returns
Unused, unwanted goods must be returned within 10 days after receipt. A refund or exchange will be given, less shipping and handling and 5% credit card transaction fee. The products have to be in ‘as new’ condition, with ALL original packaging and are suitable for resale.
Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please email us using "Contact Us" section for a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
